Designs that aren’t sold in our Pattern Shop are not licensed to be reproduced in any way. Thank you in advance for respecting our artwork and creative property.

Custom Orders

Inquire about Custom Orders via Instagram @Flux.Flow.Glass or email us at Hello.Flux.Flow@gmail.com to discuss your custom glass concept. We typically do not take custom orders October - December, so please plan ahead for the holidays.

Pricing varies depending on the complexity and materials used for each project.

All sales final

No returns, exchanges or refunds. Glass is notoriously tricky to photograph. Pieces may look slightly different in person than in our shop listings. We do our best to honor the color and quality of glass in our photos, but surprises are part of the fun.

Flux + Flow Glass incorporates vintage and secondhand materials in order to be more affordable and sustainable. Vintage glass may have micro-scratches or minor flaws that add to the history and character of your one-of-a-kind art. Variations in glass color and texture occur because every sheet of glass is unique.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices may vary with availability and quality of materials. Small imperfections in materials are factored into pricing.

Shipping + Returns

Artwork and stickers are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Please allow 1-10 business days for us to process your order. Delivery time varies depending on shipping distance, but is typically 2-5 days after we handoff your order to a postal carrier. Please feel welcome to reach out if your order is time sensitive (birthday or anniversary gift, etc). Please allow extra time for Alaska and Hawaii.

Glass + Pattern Packs are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive within 3-8 business days after they are dropped off at the post office. This shipping option takes slightly longer than our artwork shipping, but allows for much heavier packages to be delivered more affordably.

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter their shipping information. Once we hand over your order to USPS, we have no way to change shipping info or recover a package with an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee or replace missing orders due to customer error.

Flux + Flow Glass ships orders within the United States only. Sorry, international friends :(

Local pickup

Local pickup is FREE in Midtown Sacramento and Nevada City, California. Just select “Local Pickup” for your preferred city during checkout.

Local pickup is a NO RUSH OPTION for easy going local friends. Most local orders can be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After your order is received, we will contact you via e-mail to schedule pickup.

Damaged Items

Please send detailed photos of damaged artwork or glass packs IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, or within 24 hours of USPS confirmed delivery time. We do not guarantee pieces that are broken after shipping. Please send photos of damage to Hello.Flux.Flow@gmail.com so that we can make a claim with the appropriate postal service.

Care Instructions

Suggested for indoor use only. Stained glass art can crack in extreme temperatures and oxidize from moisture. Polish gently with a soft dry cloth. Use ammonia-free glass cleaner and re-polish with a non-abrasive carnauba wax (car polish) as needed.

Hanging Instructions

Use hardware like nails or hooks above your window for the most secure hang possible. Shower curtain hooks on your curtain rod is another great option. Avoid suction cups! They are cute, but unreliable. Be sure to check the weight capacity and test any hook before hanging your irreplaceable one-of-a-kind stained glass art.

Lead Warning

Lead is used to solder and frame all of our stained glass art. Use caution and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Lead is mostly harmful if consumed. Don’t lick the glass.
